Buyer Agent Showing Instructions:

This home is equipped with keypad access for ready access by buying agents.  No lock box is required.

• Before First Showing: Buyer agents must first meet home owner to provide contact information, disclose their agency status and to arrange appointments to show the property.  Each agency will then be given a unique one time use door code for access.

• Subsequent Showings: Buyer’s agent should notify home owner with not less than two hours notice before a prospective showing utilizing a previously registered phone number.  Time and date of showing will be approved at that time and agent will use new provided access code to gain entrance to the home.

• User codes will be valid for day of showing only.  Any change to date of showing will require coordination for a new time and code.

• Please leave your card on the kitchen counter.

• Please remove shoes and boots when appropriate, thank you.
